About Diana Zuckerman

Diana Zuckerman is a Spanish teacher for grades K-4, 6 and 8 in Rondout Valley Central School District in Accord, NY, where she has been teaching Spanish language and culture since 1998.  She has been teaching languages K-adult for 16 years in the US and Spain.  Diana has produced and recorded five Spanish music CDs with her 5th grade FLEX Rondout students.

Diana is currently the NYS Representative for NNELL (National Network for Early Language Learning), serves as the president of ALOUD (Association of Language Teachers of Orange, Ulster, Dutchess and Greene Counties), and is the Mid-Hudson Regional Director of NYSAFLT (New York State Association of Foreign Language Teachers) 2009-2011.

Diana holds a B.A. in Spanish and Psychology and an M.S. in Education Secondary Spanish from SUNY New Paltz.  She is certified Spanish N/Pre K-12.  Diana lived in Spain for seven years and has traveled extensively in South America, Central America, North America, and Europe.
